“Krizzia Ann Loyang Tanabe: Truly an Inspirational Woman to Look Out For”

The road to empowerment and success goes back to one's own roots. This woman exemplifies excellence, compassion, humility, and empowerment. With all her numerous success and reputable achievements, she never loses sight of her humble beginnings.

Born in Barangay Geratag in San Jose, Northern Samar, Krizzia Ann Loyang Tanabe was left in the care of her grandparents while her mother worked overseas. Her life was so difficult back then when she was a child. Her grandfather earned a less than two hundred pesos in copra farming a day which certainly could not suffice their family needs. Thus, she helped her grandmother to sell snacks just to support their daily living. Dried fish and instant noodles had been their staple food for they could not afford to buy their favorite ones to eat.

With all the circumstances she encountered, Krizzia was still eager to surpass all those challenges. She used those trials as her inspiration to continue her life despite of their difficult situation. Krizzia studied very hard in school; in fact, every recognition day, her grandmother, whom she called “Inay” was so proud to her and was so excited to go up the stage to pin the medals.

This lovely woman finished her secondary schooling at the San Jose Technical High School, year 2006. Her high school life was nevertheless challenging. There were times that she was could not go to school because her grandparents didn’t have money to give to her for a tricycle fare. With her big dreams, she was very determined to finish her schooling. As a matter of fact, she became known in her school as a hard-working and a brilliant student for she was always sent to various school competitions.
Unfortunately, life became so unbearable for Krizzia. She encountered various obstacles after high school. She was about to stop in pursuing her tertiary education for her grandparents could not afford to send her to college. But with her persistence, she was able to get a scholarship at the University of Makati. 
Her life while studying in college became even more unendurable. Krizzia had to take various part time jobs at day time while she needed to study at night. She spread her wings further until she finally graduated with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication.


As a woman with full of desire, Krizzia decided to work abroad after fishing her college degree, believing that she could be a successful one someday. She landed her first job as an Overseas Filipino Worker in Singapore for an F&B company that specialized in fine wines.

However, two years later, she decided to come home bringing with her all her experiences and her dreams in life. With that mindset, she started up a franchise food cart business.


In the course of running her franchised business, she felt that she could do more. This drove her to conceptualize the idea of establishing iFranchise Business Services Corporation. From various food outlets, the business branched-out into other industries such as ; iPharma Mart for convenience stores and pharmacies, iFarm Hotels and Resort in the hospitality industry, and iFuel for gasoline stations.


 All of these were borne out of compassion and love for her countrymen.
With her expertise on managing business, she is now running successfully all the corporate entities she has. As a matter of fact, she has been expanding her business all through-out the country and even abroad. 


Her big-heart always extends to help more Filipinos that led her to support families of OFW. This effort drove Krizzia to be part of the OFW Partylist as Representative in which she had a lot of plans and programs for the welfare of OFWs and their families. However, the time and chances were not really yet for her. Nevertheless, her burning desire of helping others continues to live in her heart.

Because of her empowering life-story of success, this woman leader has caught the attention of the international platform that gave her remarkable recognition as one of the World’s Most Influential Women to Look Out for in 2022 by the United Arab Emirate-Based Prodigy Global Network (PGN). 


Indeed, Krizzia Ann Loyang Tanabe is a pride not only of the Carangians but also of the Philippines. Her sweltering passion, enormous dedication, and dynamic personality are truly evident of how an inspirational woman she is to look out for today.
