SJTHS holds Moving Up Ceremony

San Jose Technical High School held its Moving Up Ceremony last July 10, 2023. Three hundred eighty-five (385) completers received "Katunayan" as conferment for the completion of their K to 12 Junior High School Program of the Department of Education (DepEd).DepEd officials who were present in the ceremony are the following: Dr. Racquel G. Perfas, district supervisor; Ma'am Myra L. Bato, SJTHS principal; Diana Flor D. Eco, JD, principal of Geratag Elementary School; and the school's department heads -Myrna M. Madronio, Marilyn M. AΓ±onuevo, Myrna T. Madronio, Jaime L. Cerbito, Eduardo C. AΓ±onuevo, Jr., and Jake P. Salazar.
Mr. Arphil A. Evaristo, CPA, an alumnus of the school, graced the occasion as the guest speaker. In his speech, he looked back at the experiences he had gone through before achieving success in life. He also thanked the people who helped him achieve his dreams-his parents, family, mentors, friends, and his alma mater.
Meanwhile, 6 with high honor and 76 with honor completers received academic recognitions. Althea Ruth Balingbing who got the highest general point of 96.67 led this year's batch as class valedictorian.
On the other hand, junior high completers received the school's official credentials such as "Katunayan", report card, and certificate of good moral during the ceremony.
The school's teaching and non-teaching staff headed by Ma'am Myra Bato together with Grade 10 advisers, namely; Ma'am Rowena Chua, Ma'am Genelyn Mandresa, Ma'am Irene Calvez, Ma'am Marife Marino, Ma'am Cleofe Visaya, Ma'am Dhalee Tingzon, Sir Sanny Moreno, and Sir Raymond Libarra spearheaded the entire ceremony.
The whole SJTHS community under the leadership of Ma'am Myra extends its warmest congratulations to all Junior High Completers of Class 2023.
